Game Videos
Game activities are categorized into five activity motives (physical fitness, aesthetics, challenge, social interaction, and fun). There are individual challenges, partnerships, leader-follower challenges, and battles. Suitable games can be found in different sports types and spaces.
The game activities were designed by students from the Department of Health and Physical Education of the Education University of Hong Kong based on the (Guidelines for Designing Home Exercises) .
